Scientific activity in 2007
Mathematical modeling of monoclonal antibody treatment which includes: Mathematical modeling of monoclonal antibody treatment, analysis of a PK model for a specific monoclonal antibody drug (Mylotarg) for AML, validation of model predictions by experimental flow cytometry data obtained in a phase II clinical trial (with Vladimir Vainstein and Vincent van der Velden).
Work program for 2007
